I won't use names here but lately several things happened.

On gaia I'm in a special guild. And I really like that guild. Only problem: the captain. I worked a lot and made several art for that guild and the captain was happy. He promoted me for being a crew member and not a common member. Fine. I was happy. Then a few people asked him why I was promoted. He understood it as complaining and demoted me. I was totally angry. It all was an missunderstanding! Great. He promoted me again. Then one week ago he asked me to make a special piece of art. I asked a friend if he could help me. I send that art to the captain again. He didn't even recognize that my style is totally different. No he even paid me. Kay, I first said I take money. So then he gave another request. I couldn't do it so good like my friend. The captain then realized it wasn't my art. He demoted me again. Since then he didn't talk to me and totaly ignores me. I still send him art for free. He says 'great' and nothing else. (We argued a lot and he said 'I forgive you. It's forgotten' Now even the other crew members know what happened and are mean to me.

Now the question:
Do I expect too much? Do you think that (he called it lying; but I didn't lie to him, I just didn't say that it wasn't my art) lying should be punished that hard? With ignorance? And that the crew members even say 'It wasn't a little mistake'?

Help me... I'm feeling so lost and don't know what to do.
